Subframe audio editing

At this moment (or my misunderstanding of the interface) prevents me to do audio track editing selections/drags at at smaller intervals than a single videoframe, I would expect this to work at sample level. Even for aligning multiple videos this might be a problem. At this moment I gave up on the mixer (due to crashes), but it seems this also cant be done manually. How do I allow selections at sample, instead of frame level?

Resolved it for audio by disabling:

Settings > Align cursor on frames

Good that you solved your own problem! I will check the manual to see if your solution is explained somewhere.

Our goal is to fix any crashes if we can reproduce them. Is there a very specific set of steps to create a crash so we can do that here? Often when Cinelerra actually crashes, there will be a file on /tmp that is cinelerra_####.dmp and if you send that to us, we might be able to analyze and fix the problem.

@phyllissmith would you prefer I open issues on everything I notice that really could consider a bug in consumer/UX perspective and hard crashes? I have compiled the program myself, and stuff is reproducible.

Absolutely let us know. We do have a Bug Tracker / Feature request which is better for that than the forum, but if you are more comfortable using this format that is OK too.
